What is the Life! Program?
The Life! Program is a 12-month education program to assist in making healthy lifestyle changes and to reduce the risk of chronic disease, such as diabetes, heart disease and stroke.
Flexout Health proudly works together with Diabetes Victoria to facilitate the Life! Program.

If the class time doesn’t suit you, please still book in for an initial assessment with one of our Exercise Physiologists and they may be able to recommend another class, or provide you with a home exercise program.
No. A GP referral is not required to participate in the program. You may, however, be asked to provide a copy of your most recent fasting blood glucose and cholesterol profile blood test results.

The Life! Program is completely FREE!
To be eligible for the program, you must be over 18 years of age, have a body mass index (BMI) of greater than or equal to 25 and an AUSDRISK score of greater than or equal to 12.

The Life! Program is a lifestyle modification education program. It involves four, fortnightly sessions focusing on healthy eating, exercise and wellbeing. It also involves a follow up session at 4 months and 12 months to review goal setting and behaviour change.
