Walkin' About

What is the Walkin’ About Program?

Did you know that if you have been diagnosed with diabetes you may be eligible for funded exercise, healthy eating and education programs?

The Walkin’ About program focuses on prescribing exercise and making healthy eating decisions to assist in the management of your diabetes.

At Flexout Health we proudly work together with the Albury Wodonga Aboriginal Health Service (AWAHS) and Charles Sturt University (CSU) to run this community based exercise, healthy eating and education program.
