Active Ageing - Falls Prevention

Why Active Ageing?

Staying active is the single most important thing you can do to prevent falls and remain independent.

By keeping active, participating in activities that increase your strength and improve your balance, can reduce the risk of falling.

Attending a Flexout Health Active Ageing class is a great way to remain active and independent in a safe and supervised environment.

Our classes will encourage you to keep active with sensible exercises to suit your age and ability.

What if the class time doesn't suit me?

If the class time doesn’t suit you, please still book in for an initial assessment with one of our Exercise Physiologists and they may be able to recommend another class, or provide you with a home exercise program.

Is there a cancellation policy?

At Flexout Health, we understand people get busy and from time to time, emergencies come up and things change. If you cannot keep your appointment, please call us as soon as possible so we can reschedule your appointment.
