What is Exercise Group?
Exercise Group offers the benefits of an individualised exercise approach to your condition in a supervised & social small group environment. Exercise Group involves an initial assessment with one of our accredited exercise physiologists who will provide you with an exercise program tailored to your physical capacity & goals.

Yes. It will be conducted before you begin your group class and will allow your exercise physiologist to gain an understanding of your goals and capabilities.
The Exercise Group classes involve weekly group exercise sessions. The classes are run by our Accredited Exercise Physiologists. The classes consist of an individualised exercise program incorporating a combination of aerobic, strength and balance based exercises to help you to achieve your goals.
At Flexout Health, we understand people get busy and from time to time, emergencies come up and things change. If you cannot keep your appointment, please call us as soon as possible so we can reschedule your appointment.
No. In Australia accredited exercise physiologists are first contact practitioners, so a referral is not required to attend. There may be some circumstances however, where a doctor’s clearance may be recommended for participants with particular health conditions.
