What is a SnowFit Class?
The ‘SnowFit’ class is a strength and conditioning program run by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist which will improve your muscular strength, power and cardiovascular endurance.
The program will also improve your balance, coordination and proprioception by training lateral movement patterns similar to skiing.

Yes. It will be conducted before you begin your group class and will allow your exercise physiologist to gain an understanding of your goals and capabilities.
One session 1-hour per week for 12-weeks. Each session is $22. For private clients, per session payment packages are available.
No. In Australia accredited exercise physiologists are first contact practitioners, so a referral is not required to attend for treatment.
However, a doctor’s referral may be recommended for participantswith particular health conditions.
