Samantha joined the Flexout Health team after graduating from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Hons) with Honours Class IIA in 2019.
Before commencing her hand therapy journey, Samantha gained experience working as an occupational therapist in the public sector, assisting her clients to be safe and independent in their home and community.
Since making the switch to hand therapy, Samantha enjoys the challenge of diagnosing and treating a range of upper limb conditions to enable her clients to get back to the many activities that require the use of their hands. In particular, Samantha has an interest in treating the fingers, thumb, hand and wrist.
When she is not fabricating a splint or reading up on the latest hand therapy news, Samantha enjoys walking trails, playing flute and guitar, and sipping on a good coffee at her favourite coffee spot.
