Nikita has been working in administration for Flexout Health since she finished high school in 2022. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Charles Sturt University in Thurgoona and absolutely loving it! Nikita is passionate about health and fitness and an advocate for improving mental health and well-being. You’ll usually find her in the gym, in nature, studying, reading, or spending time with loved ones. Nikita’s love of helping others has led her to Flexout Health, where she hopes to combine this love with her people skills in an administrative position, one day leading on to be a physiotherapist.
