Olivia is a familiar face to many, after starting her journey at Flexout Health as part of our administration team during her gap year. Prior to graduating with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Charles Sturt University in 2018, Olivia gained experience as a sports trainer for local football and state basketball teams. Since this time she has acquired a wide range of experience within different sectors of physiotherapy including private hospitals, private practice and sporting clubs.

As a result of many hours working with local sporting teams and running weekly acute injury triage sessions, Olivia has developed a keen interest in acute sporting injury management. She also loves the variety of her profession and has skills in treating an array of musculoskeletal conditions that present in the clinic. Being GLA:D accredited and trained in DMA Clinical Pilates, Olivia also enjoys working with patients to improve their functional fitness and overall lifestyle with chronic conditions such as osteoarthritis. She is a big believer in empowering people to understand their own health.

Outside work, Olivia enjoys water skiing with her friends and family on Lake Hume. She also loves travelling, both locally and internationally and usually towards the ocean and warmer weather.
