With both playing and injury experience in tennis and both football codes (Aussie Rules and Rugby Union) over the years, Joel has learnt a lot about sports injury rehabilitation and recovery, and since developed a passion for it! Nowadays he is a keen runner and fisherman - so keep an eye out for him on the roads and trails around Albury/Wodonga, down by the weir or anywhere along the Murray. Joel is available in our Albury, Wodonga and Wangaratta clinics.

Joel graduated from Bachelor of Human Movement in 2016 at the University of South Australia and worked as a personal trainer before relocating to Albury with his partner and bulldog to follow his dream of becoming a physiotherapist. Joel graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Charles Sturt University in 2022 and joined the Flexout Family during his studies, initially as part of the Internship Program, and then our New Graduate Program. Joel and his little family have fallen in love with Albury and surrounds and we are so pleased to have him officially join our team.

Joel has always had a fascination with the human body and its mechanics and is passionate about the problem solving aspects of physiotherapy. He has a keen interest in treating clients from all walks of life and helping them get back to their best.
