After 16-years on a footy field and counting, it is fair to say Jake has seen his fair share of injuries - in fact everything from "heads, shoulders, knees and toes…!" From first hand experience, Jake has developed a keen interest in lower limb injuries. Aside from sinking birdies on the golf course you will find him hard at work in our Woden and Gungahlin clinics.

Jake joined the Flexout Health team after completing a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Canberra in 2020. Born and raised in the North-East of England, Jake moved out to Australia with his family, spending some time in Adelaide before settling in Canberra. Throughout his time at University, Jake gained experience and skills working in a range of areas including acute cardiothoracic, neurological, intensive care, rehabilitation at home, falls prevention and musculoskeletal physiotherapy.

Jake is passionate about working with individuals and helping them to achieve their full potential. His special interests lie in the treatment of lower limb injuries, acute and chronic low back pain, sports injuries and any other injury. Through a combination of exercise prescription and other evidence-based practices, Jake strives to ensure the best result for each individual.

Outside work, you can find Jake throwing an oval ball around in the local Canberra competition and making birdies on the golf course.
