Jade graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2019 from Charles Sturt University, Albury. After sustaining an injury at gymnastics and experiencing the rehabilitation process first hand, Jade decided at an early age that physiotherapy was her dream career. Since beginning her physiotherapy career with Flexout Health, Jade has gained experience in a variety of subspecialty areas, with a special interest in treating sporting and adolescent injuries, post-operative rehabilitation and injury prevention. Jade especially enjoys working with young sports people to help keep them free of injury and playing to the best of their ability.
Jade loves to work with her clients to provide a combination of manual techniques and activity based treatments to achieve the optimum outcome, in line with their goals. As an active mum to two young girls, Jade understands the challenges of maintaining a healthy lifestyle when time is limited.
In her free time, Jade loves getting outdoors with her family, cycling the many local rail trails and splitting her year between water and snow skiing. You will also regularly find Jade on the local golf course, battling it out for household bragging rights.
