‘Movement is medicine’ for Jack, and when it comes to who loves their sport the most at Flexout Health, Jack is certainly one of the frontrunners. His love of the Australian Cricket Team matched only by his love for the Bethanga Cricket Club and Barnawartha Football Club.

Jack joined the Flexout Health team when he returned to the Albury-Wodonga region after completing a Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology at Deakin University in Melbourne. Jack has a love of all things active, with his main areas of interest including chronic conditions such as cardiac, diabetes and cancer. Jack is accredited with Diabetes NSW to deliver the Beat It program and Ready Set Go to the Albury-Wodonga area, as well as having Lung Foundation accreditation to deliver Lungs In Action. Jack believes using the ‘exercise as medicine’ principle that clients are able to improve their health to be a better version of themselves. Outside work, Jack plays for and is the president of the Bethanga Cricket Club. Jack is a passionate sports supporter of the Australian Cricket Team and North Melbourne. He enjoys spending time catching up with mates, looking after his lawn and loves a good movie.
