Felicity is no stranger to the fitness industry having completing both a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science (Honours) and Bachelor of Applied Science (Human Movement) more than 10-years ago. After this time, she spent 10-years as owner and operator of her own exercise studio in Benella before most recently graduating with her Masters of Exercise Physiology from LaTrobe University. During her time working in the fitness industry, Felicity began working with a family with two adult children diagnosed with the ultra rare neurological disease known as Niemann Pick Type C (NPC). Through this word Felicity developed a passion for working with people living with a disability. She has since presented at the Inaugural Australian NPC Foundation conference and subsequently been invited to present at the UK NPCD conference. Felicity also sits on the Scientific Advisory Board of the Australian NPC Disease Foundation and is the MC for their annual scientific symposium and family conference. Felicity’s special interest continues to be working with people to bring movement, exercise and energy into their everyday routine to help them get the most out of life! When she is not researching and exploring the wonders of the human body, you can find Felicity walking her dog Lily, sampling a coffee or playing the saxophone with Benalla Concert Band.
