After an early peak in his sporting career, Daniel's sporting endeavours now involve getting out quickly to kids half his age in the local fourth grade cricket competition. Thankfully though, it gives him plenty of time to sit on the sidelines and update his knowledge on chronic conditions.

Daniel graduated from the University of Canberra with a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation in 2018. Prior to joining Flexout Health he gained experience in a range of settings including the Canberra Hospital, occupational and workplace rehabilitation, and in specialised clinics dedicated to persistent and complex pain. He also worked as a strength and conditioning coach and high performance assistant with various local sporting teams.

Nowadays, Daniel’s main interest areas include persistent and complex pain, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, chronic disease management, and strength and conditioning. Daniel runs a number of exercise classes for all ages and abilities, providing a safe and fun environment for exercise, while catering for individual needs and goals.

Daniel is passionate about helping people incorporate exercise in their lives whether they be an experienced athlete or weekend warrior. He can assist in helping his clients to participate in regular exercise to complement life and improve health. Daniel is accredited to run the Beat It, Ready Set Go Let’s Move and Move With Women programs.

Outside work, Daniel enjoys most forms of exercise particularly playing cricket, soccer and running and is an avid fan of all ball sports.
