Charlee has been actively involved in sport and exercise throughout her life, from netball to touch football, league tag, gym and everything in between. This has without doubt, contributed to her passion for health and fitness leading to her career as an exercise physiologist. Charlee has found a special interest in athletic performance and the treatment and prevention of chronic conditions.

Charlee graduated with a Masters of Exercise Physiology from LaTrobe University in 2020, after completing a Bachelor of Exercise Science in 2019.

Since graduating, Charlee has acquired a wide range of experience treating a variety of different chronic conditions and population groups. She is a passionate and committed practitioner and enjoys treating a variety of conditions. In particular her special interests lie in improving athletic performance and the prevention and treatment of chronic conditions. Charlee combines her education and exercise prescription skills with an active approach to patient treatment, with attention to detail ensuring specific and goal-oriented results.

Outside work, you can find Charlee going for walks, organising her house or catching up with friends and family.
