Beau’s decision to become a physiotherapist was largely driven by his active participation in many sports growing up, particular rugby league and cricket. He graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Charles Sturt University in 2018, although life as a physiotherapist began well before graduation. During his undergraduate degree, Beau worked as a sports trainer for multiple sporting clubs and, since graduating, has formed a special interest in sports physiotherapy. He has also completed further training in the management of hip and knee osteoarthritis, as well as spinal pain, but would consider himself an all-rounder when it comes to managing the various clients who seek his services. Beau combines manual therapy and dry needling as well as a tailored and specific exercise programs to ensure client specific results are achieved.
Now retired from team sports, Beau is now a runner, golfer and gym enthusiast. He recognizes the impact that injuries and pain can have on a whole person and is dedicated to getting his patients back to what they love the most.
Beau works predominantly from our Wangaratta clinic, but also spends time in Myrtleford and Albury.
Outside work, Beau can be found running, skiing or camping around the local area.
